Set log

The visitor types reps and a weight after a set. The tool keeps the session on this device. The countdown, if they want one, is a different page.

Log a value. It stays in this browser and in a permalink you can reopen tomorrow.

This is a general-purpose tool, not medical, legal or financial advice. Figures are estimates from published food data or arithmetic. A qualified professional owns decisions that affect your health.

How to use it

Inputs are reps and weight. Computation lists the session locally. Output is a session log.

The tool runs in your browser. Nothing from the camera, microphone or sensors is uploaded. With JavaScript off, the worked example below is still computed on the server.
